FAQs

Ship times:  Ship, or turnaround times vary, based on the nature of the item.  Items are typically Ready To Ship, which could take a few days to a week.  Ship times will be disclosed in the listing. Please add actual delivery time to this (after shipping notice).

Refunds/Exchanges:  Refunds and exchanges can be issued only if their was an error on the part of Over The Purple Moon LLC (for example; the wrong item was sent by our error, or damage caused by us).   In the case of a wrong or damaged item, please contact us by email at overthepurplemoonllc@gmail.com within 48 hours of item delivery with a photo of the error and/or damage.  We will do the very best we can to fix our error!  Item(s) must be received within 10 days.  If approved for a refund, we will refund your account within 3 business days from receipt of returned item (to the same payment method used to pay).  Item(s) can not be returned or exchanged for reasons other than our error, or damage caused by us.

Shipping Issues:  If there is ever an issue with an item not being delivered after being shipped, please contact us.  Delivery times may depending on the postal service.  All of our packages are shipped with tracking.  If your item is not received within 10 business day after shipping notice, let us know and we will file a claim, which may take up to 30 days to resolve.  We are not responsible for any packages that say "Delivered" in the tracking status.

Items are NOT intended for children ages 12 and under unless stated in the individual item listing.  If the item is meant for children 12 or under, the item will be CPSC compliant.
